Do I need my own Stripe account?+
Yes. That's the point: payments go into your own Stripe account, not ours. If you don't have one, you can create it during setup in a few minutes.
What happens to my full-resolution files?+
We store your originals exactly as you uploaded them in private storage. Clients browse smaller web previews, and downloads always serve the untouched original.
Can clients see each other's galleries?+
No. Every gallery has its own link and PIN, and each studio's data is walled off from every other studio at the database level.
Can I use my own domain?+
Every studio gets yourstudio.shuttrflow.com today. Custom domains are coming on the Pro plan.
What about booking, contracts and invoices?+
They're next. The Suite plan will add booking, e-sign contracts, deposits, invoices and bookkeeping, all connected to your galleries.
